We hold a bi-annual Home Tour highlighting some of the wonderful homes in our neighborhood.  Originally begun in 1970 to showcase the architectural treasure of the neighborhood's homes, the tour was the first of its kind in the Seattle area. The Home Tour is the largest fundraiser for the many programs the Community Club sponsors, so tell your neighbors and bring your friends to our fabulous Home Tour!

A Home Renovation Fair will be held in the Clubhouse throughout the day. The Renovation Fair will provide a venue offering advice from experts and an array of vendor resources covering the spectrum of the home renovation process for period homes.

In furtherance of the dream of Martin Luther King, Jr., the Mt. Baker Community Club awards college scholarships to deserving neighborhood students of color who might not otherwise achieve their dream of a college education. Started in 1985, The Fund has enjoyed longstanding support from the Mt. Baker community.

There's an annual community Yard Sale where members of the community can sell items of all shapes, sizes, and colors, and anyone and everyone is welcome to buy (or even just look).

There's an annual "Day in the Park" celebration held at Mount Baker Park on the corner of McClellan Street and Lake Park Drive.  There is a Children's Parade followed by festivities in the park. At the park there will be entertainment for the whole family.  Food and beverages will be served by neighborhood volunteers. In addition to the food, fun and entertainment, Day in the Park is a chance to support your community and get to know your neighbors.  We look forward to seeing your family there!

Come join your neighbors as we will greet the boats in style when they dock at Mount Baker Beach.  It's a heartwarming and hand warming evening of traditional music in front of a roaring bonfire along waters edge of Lake Washington.  Enjoy a festive sing-along and see the dozens of luminaries lining the borders of Mount Baker Park from the beach to the Clubhouse.  Enjoy an evening of carols, cookies, cider, and neighborly fun at the Clubhouse after the Christmas Ships leave.
