Clubhouse Rental Rates
The Mount Baker Clubhouse Facility is available at the following rates and conditions.

Additional Notes
- Events must end by 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and by midnight on Friday and Saturday.
- Additional hours may be available at an additional per hour rate, or the higher rental rate, whichever is appropriate.
- There is a $100 setup fee for MBCC portable staging.
- Non-profit organizations, classes, and Mount Baker residents please inquire about special rates.
- The Mount Baker Community Club provides the set up and take down of MBCC's equipment and some major janitorial services. The client is responsible for providing all dishes, linens, etc., the set up and take down of rentals, decorations, etc. The caterer and/or client is responsible for the kitchen, and food / beverage area clean-up.
- A non-refundable deposit is due with a signed contract to reserve a date. The remaining balance on the rental plus a damage deposit are due sixty (60) days prior to the event.
