Our clubhouse is available to rent for business or social events.  You can rent the Conference Room, the Ballroom, or both.

The building features high ceilings, painted woodwork, graceful lines and architectural details throughout.

Whether you are planning a business meeting, staff training, social gathering, wedding reception or any other event, please come and see what the beautifully restored Mount Baker Club has to offer. With flexible hours to meet your individual needs, we provide the perfect gathering location.

The Ballroom seats approximately 200 and has a stand up reception capacity of 382.

The upstairs Conference Room, with a capacity of 49, is a perfect location for meetings or small gatherings.

We provide the set up, take down and major janitorial services and all licensed caterers are welcome.

The Mount Baker Clubhouse manager works part time, so the space is available to be seen by appointment only.
