Mount Baker Residential Zoning Updates
In a response to requirements of House Bill 1110, Seattle has proposed a citywide zoning update. The city is currently seeking public input on the proposal through December 20th. Hosting an Event?
The Clubhouse is available to rent for private events, parties, off-sites, meetings and much more. You can rent the entire space or rent just the ballroom or the conference room. We have AV equipment and a selection of tables and chairs as well as a fully functioning kitchen.
Need equipment or catering? We have great relationships with many local vendors!
Our Ballroom is 44.5 ft by 61 feet (2715 sq ft). Capacity in the Ballroom is 250 standing or chairs only. Seated capacity for dining is 160.
Our Conference Room is 40 feet by 26.25 feet (1050 sq ft). Capacity in the Conference Room is 50 standing, 35 seated.
